CHARDONNAY 2008 Lemon, lime, pear and strong green apple aromas which are followed with rich vanilla, apple and pear flavors.
A very silky citrus finish with a seductive touch of oak. Will complement a wide variety of foods including pork, veal,
poultry, pasta, fish and shellfish.
GEWURZTRAMINER 2008 The spicy and floral aromas
of tangerine and grapefruit converge with the refreshing flavors of lime and oranges. A consistent medal
winner which will augment Thai and curry dishes, as well as spicy chicken, fish and many desserts, my
favorite being lemon sorbet.
MERLOT 2006 Chocolate and mint aromas evolve
into vanilla, blackberry and blueberry flavors with exceptional balance. Lingering soft plum finishes off this rich
delicious wine that will enhance all meat entrees, pasta dishes and rich cheeses.
RESERVE MERLOT 2005
Deep red plum with rich black and blueberry aromas. Toasty vanilla with rich berries and semisweet chocolate
flavors dominate in the mouth. A complement to all red meats. Winner Silver Medal, Indy International.
PINOT GRIS 2007 The fragrance is reminiscent of ripe green melons with a hint
of soft citrus and oat. The taste suggest a soft silky lemon and lime along with the aftertaste of dry
oats. Wonderful lunch wine and a complement to fish, pork, broiled chicken and pasta.
PINOT NOIR 2007
An accessible red
dinner wine that has mouth-watering aromas of black cherries, plum and black pepper. The flavors are
suggestive of very ripe cherries and cranberries. The finish is long and supple. Will enhance most
foods such as pasta, chicken, all red meats and a wide array of cheeses. PINOT
NOIR BLANC 2007 Fresh ripe plum and strawberry flavors envelop the senses followed by lingering
soft finish of ripe red cherries. An ideal summer wine. Wonderful with cheese, appetizers and fruit salads.
SANGIOVESE 2006 Spicy crisp cherries with nice toasty plum aromas. This
is followed up with fresh red cherries and cranberry flavors that coat your whole mouth. A little more supple than
previous vintages. Ideal with creamy pastas.
WHITE RIESLING 2007 Scented ripe
peaches with a hint of delectable apricot dominate the fragrance with zesty lemon-lime and peach flavors.
A perpetual gold medal winner which will complement appetizers, green and fruit salads, and most white
meat dishes including fish, chicken and pork. Try it as a marinade for fresh fruit. Winner Bronze Medal, Indy International.
RESERVE CHARDONNAY 2006 Smoky red apple and buttery pears are the aromas that first hit you. Then smoky red and green apples with
lemon-lime citrus fruit flavors coat the palate until the wine fades off with a silky citrus note. The wine
is much heavier than our standard Chardonnay.
